Design, build & install

Landscaping & Hardscape Services in Parrish, FL

We design and install complete landscapes and gravel driveways, along with the hardscape, irrigation, drainage and tree work that go with them. Start with what you want to change, and we’ll help you sort out what the property needs and in what order.

What we do

How We Can Help Your Property

Most projects start with one change and end up touching two or three services. Here’s what each one covers, so you can see what fits your yard.

Landscape Design & Installation

Whether it’s a bare new-construction lot, an established yard that needs a fresh start or an unfinished pool area, we plan palms, tropical beds, rock and boulders, mulch, sod and lighting together and install them as one project. Tropical and poolside landscapes are the work we’re known for, and bigger plans can be built in stages.

  • Complete landscapes for new homes and established yards
  • Tropical and poolside planting with carefully sourced palms
  • Rock, boulders, mulch, sod, artificial turf and landscape lighting
  • Plans that can be installed in stages

Hardscaping

We build new gravel driveways, extensions and long drives on acreage. Bulk stone comes in by the truckload and is spread evenly with our own loaders, and the drive is shaped so rain runs off instead of collecting in ruts. Paver driveways, patios, walkways, walls, pergolas and pavilions are planned with the landscape around them, using Oldcastle and Tremron pavers.

  • New gravel driveways, extensions and long drives
  • Paver driveways, patios and walkways
  • Retaining walls and seating walls
  • Pergolas and pavilions

Irrigation Design & Installation

New sod and planting beds need steady water while they root in, especially in sandy Florida soil. We design each new system from the planting plan, with lawn and beds on separate zones and the pipe in the ground before anything is planted on top of it. We install new systems; we don’t repair or service existing ones.

  • Systems for new sod, new beds and yards that have never had irrigation
  • Separate zones for lawn and planting beds
  • Installed in order with the rest of the landscape work

Drainage Solutions

Standing water in a low corner, a soggy side yard or runoff heading toward the house usually has a cause you can trace. We look at where the water comes from, where it collects and how the yard slopes, then recommend a French drain, regrading or both. It’s best handled before new sod, beds or pavers go in, so the new work isn’t sitting in water.

  • French drains for side yards, foundations and slopes
  • Regrading to move water away from the house
  • Planned before new landscape or hardscape goes in

Tree Services

Some trees need to come out: one that’s dead, leaning toward the house or standing where a new drive, bed or patio needs to go. Stumps are excavated along with the main roots, and the hole is filled and leveled so the spot is ready for new planting. New palms and large shade trees, including live oaks, are set with our loaders and placed for the room they’ll need as they grow.

  • Tree removal, including trees in the way of new work
  • Stump removal by excavation
  • Palm and shade tree planting

Planning your project

One Plan for the Whole Property

Some improvements depend on what happens before or after them.

New beds and sod usually need new irrigation, and standing water should be fixed before anything goes on top of it. Share the whole idea up front and we’ll walk the property with you, lay the work out in the right order and put it in an itemized quote, so you can see what each part costs and decide what goes in now and what can wait.

What to expect

  • We walk the property with you before putting together a quote.
  • Itemized quotes show what each part of the job costs.
  • Larger plans can be built in stages.
  • Our own loaders and excavator handle heavy material and big trees.
  • Designs and quotes can go to your HOA for review before work is scheduled.
