Driveways and outdoor living

Hardscaping in Parrish, FL

We build new gravel driveways, extensions and long drives on acreage. Paver drives, patios, walkways, walls, pergolas and pavilions are here too, built to tie into the landscape.

Custom Hardscaping Designed Around Your Property

Create functional, beautifully finished outdoor spaces with hardscaping designed to complement your home, landscape, and lifestyle.

From gravel and paver driveways to custom patios, walkways, and retaining walls, every hardscape installation starts with understanding your property's layout and how you want to use the space. We consider access, drainage, materials, and how each feature connects with the surrounding landscape to create a cohesive outdoor design.

Gravel Driveways

Gravel driveway installation offers a practical, attractive solution for residential properties, long driveways, and larger acreage in Florida. Whether you're installing a new gravel driveway or extending an existing one, proper material selection, site preparation, and grading are essential for a durable, functional surface.

Our team uses dump trucks, loaders, and bulk stone materials to build and shape gravel driveways around your property's access and drainage needs. We consider how vehicles use the driveway and how rainwater moves across the surface to help reduce pooling and rutting. Where additional water management is needed, we can incorporate drainage solutions into the project.

  • New gravel driveway installation and existing driveway extensions
  • Long gravel driveways for acreage and larger residential properties
  • Bulk gravel and stone installation using our own equipment
  • Driveway grading and surface shaping to promote proper water runoff
  • Gravel selection based on property access and intended use

Paver Driveways

Custom paver driveway installation creates a durable, attractive entrance that complements your home and surrounding landscape. With a range of colors, patterns, and finishes available, paver driveways offer a tailored alternative to traditional concrete or gravel surfaces.

Our team installs quality pavers from Oldcastle and Tremron over a properly excavated and compacted base designed to support vehicle traffic. We consider driveway layout, drainage, and connections to nearby walkways and landscape features to create a cohesive, professionally finished outdoor space.

  • Custom paver driveway design and installation
  • Quality paving materials from Oldcastle and Tremron
  • Excavated and compacted base preparation for vehicle traffic

Custom paver patio and walkway installation creates functional, inviting outdoor spaces that complement your home and landscape. From patios designed for outdoor seating and poolside relaxation to walkways connecting driveways, entrances, and backyard living areas, each installation is planned around how you use your property.

Our team considers layout, surface grading, and proper drainage to create patios and walkways that are both attractive and practical. Paver materials, patterns, and placement are selected to complement your home's architecture and surrounding landscaping, creating a cohesive, professionally finished outdoor space.

  • Custom paver patio installation for outdoor living and poolside areas
  • Paver walkway installation for entrances, side yards, and backyard connections

Retaining Walls

Professional retaining wall installation helps manage sloped landscapes, create level outdoor spaces, and support raised planting beds around patios, pools, and other landscape features. Whether your property has uneven terrain, changes in elevation, or areas affected by soil erosion, a properly planned retaining wall can improve both the function and appearance of your outdoor space.

Our retaining wall installations are designed around your property's grading, drainage, and surrounding landscape. We consider how water moves through the site and how each wall connects with nearby pavers, planting beds, and hardscape features to create a cohesive, functional landscape.

  • Retaining wall installation for sloped yards and changes in elevation
  • Landscape retaining walls for raised planting beds, patios, and pool areas
  • Wall placement coordinated with grading, drainage, and surrounding hardscaping

Seating Walls

Custom seating wall installation adds built-in seating and definition to patios, poolside areas, and outdoor living spaces. These low-profile hardscape walls provide additional places for guests to gather while creating a finished edge around patios and adjacent planting beds.

Our seating walls are planned alongside patio pavers and surrounding landscape features, with materials, height, and placement selected to complement the overall design. Whether incorporated into a new patio installation or a larger outdoor transformation, seating walls help create comfortable, cohesive spaces for relaxing and entertaining.

  • Built-in seating walls for patios, poolside areas, and outdoor living spaces
  • Custom wall placement to define patios and adjacent landscape beds
  • Seating wall materials and design coordinated with surrounding hardscaping

Pergolas & Pavilions

Pergola and pavilion installation adds shade, structure, and comfort to residential patios and outdoor living spaces. Pergolas provide partial shade while maintaining an open, airy feel, while pavilions offer a covered outdoor area for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying your property throughout the year.

Whether incorporated into a new patio design or a larger landscape transformation, pergolas and pavilions are planned around your property's layout, available space, and intended use. We consider placement, access, and connections to surrounding walkways, hardscaping, and landscape features to create a cohesive outdoor living area.

Gravel Driveway & Hardscape Questions

Is a gravel driveway right for my property?

For many properties, yes. Gravel works well for long drives on rural and acreage lots, and it lets some rain soak in instead of all of it running off a hard surface. It won’t fix a lot that already drains poorly. Pavers make more sense when you want a finished look close to the house.

Can you extend an existing gravel driveway?

Yes. We extend existing drives and add new sections, for example out to a shed or a backyard gate. The new stone is spread to a full depth and shaped to tie into the existing drive, so water runs off both the same way.

Which paver brands do you install?

Oldcastle and Tremron. Both offer a range of colors, shapes and patterns to match the house and the rest of the project.

Can the hardscape and the landscape be one project?

Yes. Because we also do landscape design and installation, the patio, walkways and walls can be planned with the beds, lighting and any drainage the yard needs, so the pieces fit together.

How a Driveway or Hardscape Project Is Scoped

A driveway, patio, walkway or wall depends on the size and use of the space, access to the property, and how the work fits with the surrounding landscape.

A long gravel driveway, a paver walkway, a patio and a pergola each serve a different purpose and have different scope considerations. If water is collecting where you plan to build, discuss whether drainage work should be considered first. You can also compare all of our services.

Common scoping factors

  • Length and width of the drive, patio or walkway.
  • Gravel, paver or wall materials under consideration.
  • Existing site conditions and water that collects in the area.
  • Access for equipment and material delivery.
  • Any neighborhood guidelines that apply to the planned work.
